Harford and Anne Arundel Combine for Five Student-Athletes on Women's Lacrosse All-America Team

Charlotte, NC– Harford Community College and Anne Arundel Community College combine for five student-athletes on the 2024 Women's Lacrosse All-America Team as announced by the NJCAA. All five student-athletes earn the recognition as freshman.

For Harford, Reese Lynch, Lilly Lutz, and Addy Dean earn a spot as the best in the country.

Lynch led the Fighting Owls in goals with 22 in eight games from the midfield position. She had a season high five goals against Anne Arundel and scored four goals in two additional games.

Lutz finished the season in 11th place nationally for points with 27, scoring 18 goals and earning 9 assists. The attacker had a breakout game against Genesee, tallying six goals and two assists. She also played well on the national stage, scoring four goals against Onondaga in the semi-finals, earning her a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

Dean joined teammate Lutz on the National All Tournament-Team and earns All-American honors following a sixth place ranking for free position shots and seventh place ranking for draw controls with 34. Dean nearly matched her season high of eight draw controls in the national semi-final where she pulled down seven.

A freshman midfielder for Anne Arundel, Ashlynn Deans scored 22 goals and finished second in the country with 17 caused turnovers. She was also in the top 10 for draw controls and shots on goal. Her four points and seven draw controls against Monroe Community College in the national invitational earned her All-Tournament Team honors.

Another freshman midfielder for the Riverhawks, Grace Adkins tied teammate Deans for a team leading 22 goals while landing in the top 10 for shots (38), free position goals (5), ground balls (30), draw controls (30), and caused turnovers (15). Adkins tallied four goals in a game on three separate occasions and had a season high 10 draw controls against Harford.

Anne Arundel's Rian Dennis also earned national recognition by way of the All-Tournament Team after scoring four games in the Riverhawks semi-final contest.
