Anne Arundel’s Elsa Skinner Named NJCAA Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

ARNOLD, MD – Anne Arundel Community College women's lacrosse player Elsa Skinner (Annapolis, Md./Annapolis) was named the NJCAA Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games ending March 13, 2022.

Skinner, a freshman midfielder, scored four goals and added an assist in the Riverhawks' lone game of the week, a 16-4 win at NCAA Division II Alderson Broaddus. 

Skinner also corralled one draw control and scooped up one ground ball, and scored four goals on just five shots.

The third-ranked Riverhawks are idle until next weekend when they travel to Upstate New York for a pair of top-10 matchups. AACC faces No. 2 Onondaga Saturday, March 26, and then travels to No. 4 Monroe Sunday, March 27.
